4 In-Person Workshops

Here are the workshops presently offered. Each one is an open framework that can shift and evolve. We can also co-create a custom workshop attuned to your group or community.

Before we begin, we take a moment to name the intention. Each workshop unfolds either as a creative exploration or as a therapeutic process. These are distinct ways of working, each with its own rhythm and purpose. We decide together, in advance, which path we are entering so that the experience rests on clear ground.

From Friction to Flow
(stress & the co-regulation of our nervous system)

Stress affects everyone, but it doesn’t have to run the show. This workshop blends mindfulness, movement, and creative awareness to help you shift from reactivity to flow. You’ll learn to read your body’s signals, regulate your nervous system, and find steadiness both within yourself and in connection with others.

Awakening our Creative Response
(playfulness & befriending the unknown)

Here, creativity is not about results or performance, but a spirit we share and explore together. This workshop invites you to meet the unknown with curiosity, openness, and a sense of joy. Through simple embodied practices and moments that welcome happy accidents, we learn to respond rather than react. Playfulness becomes a doorway to movement and renewal, helping us rediscover a quiet confidence in our own capacity to adapt and create.

The Sound of Sensory Awareness
(sonic perception & the inner garden)
Our senses are gateways between inner life and the world around us. This workshop is rooted in the art of listening to sounds, silence, music, noise, and the spaces in between. Through sound exploration and gentle awareness practices, we attune to subtle elements, including the quiet rhythm of our own breath. The process also includes journaling to deepen awareness and help integrate what arises. By listening through the whole body, we nurture presence and rediscover the subtle harmonies of our inner garden.

Our Journal, this Quiet Companion
(where language needs no permission & secrets take over)
Writing can be a form of listening. In this workshop, journaling becomes a space to meet what stirs beneath the surface and to give shape to the unconscious. The writing we explore is closer to stream of consciousness than to polished essays. The journal here embodies a few acres of freedom. Playfulness. A field where words can wander without judgment. Through guided prompts, pauses, and sensory starting points, we learn to follow the body’s own language into words. This practice invites honesty, expansion, and contemplative inspiration, helping us acknowledge the many voices, the paradoxes that live within.
